Pauline Pei-ling Feng, MD
Instructor, Pediatrics
Biography
My first position began in 2000 at Norwood Hospital, where I was part of a group of 9 pediatricians providing pediatric services 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, caring for all non-trauma and many trauma emergency room patients under 18 years old, managing the care of children requiring inpatient hospitalization, and attending high-risk deliveries as well as caring for sick newborns prior to transfer to a neonatal intensive care unit.
In September 2015, I began a new position at Mount Auburn Hospital Newborn Services where I attend high-risk deliveries, care for well newborns, as well as premature infants as young as 34 weeks gestation for issues related to prematurity (respiratory distress, apnea of prematurity, feeding immaturity, thermal regulatory immaturity, jaundice, hypoglycemia). I am a pediatric consultant to the emergency department.
