Vascular Surgery Interest Group

Vision: To bring vascular surgery to the forefront of medical student interest.

Mission: To increase exposure, awareness, and interest for vascular surgery amongst medical students and gain an appreciation of the role of vascular surgery regardless of their future specialty choice.

Goals: The Vascular Surgery Interest Group aims to increase awareness and foster interest in vascular surgery as a career path. It seeks to expand exposure to the field as a growing residency, as well as create opportunities for students to create contacts within the field. This interest group provides a smaller setting to discuss the role of a vascular surgeon, applying for residency, and other topics related to the field.
