Pietro Cottone Receives BUSM Peter Paul Career Development Professorship Award
Congratulations to Pietro Cottone, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Psychiatry, on being awarded the Peter Paul Career Development Professorship at Boston University School of Medicine! This award, established in 2006 by Mr. Peter T. Paul, BU Alum (MBA 1967), is one of four awards given at BU this year and supports the research of new faculty within the first two years of appointment. Dr. Cottone was selected from among the very best junior faculty at BUSM. His research explores the neural mechanisms underlying addictive disorders.
